add topic weight and text to json for each topic

• this would then be displayed as part of the topic title
• maybe a clean option would be to allow variables in the text, e.g.
  • topic.weight = 5
  • topic.description = "${name} (${weight} points)"
  • then in the code do a string.replace for each key in topic
