Hurrah, another continent represented!

Possibly controversial but I hope not: the locations seemed to be mostly ordered by country code but not quite, so I reordered the list of "other" locations by country code, which puts us at the top. If I should have added us at the bottom, by order of founding, please ignore/cherry-pick/whatever.
