Options - color picker, colors are not displayed properly #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click Options/Colors
2. colors displayed incorrectly (see attached screenshot) 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

when the dialog loses focus, everything is rendered correctly
