IDML filter: "Extract master spreads" option does not extract master spreads #317

Option "Extract master spreads" does not work. Even if it's on, the text is not 
extracted.

Thanks for the example file.
But without having InDesign it's hard to see what is missing. All the stories 
in the many masterSpreads seem to be extracted. Could you provide an example 
with some specific text (that we could locate in the .idml) that does not get 
extracted?
