Check Document button is not always working #358

It seems the "Check Document" button of CheckMate is not always trigerring a 
recheck while Check All does.

The problem comes when there is no issue listed.
This button looks at the issue currently selected in the issue list and check 
the corresponding document. If there is no issue selected, no check is done.
The button should be either disabled if there is no issue, or fall back on the 
document listed in the drop-down list of files if no issue is listed.

The button (and the corresponding menu items, and the F5 shortcut) now check 
the document selected in the drop-down list of documents.
By default this selection is set to the document for the issue currently 
selected in the list of issue.
The fix will be in the next snapshot.
