trimming tags in SDLXLIFF in OmegaT #383

Some SDLXLIFF segments have have a pair of trailing/leading tags, which is 
quite cumbersome.

Example:

<g117><g118>This is an example sentence.</g118></g117>

The filter plugin should be able to trim those extra tags away.
