CheckMate-Target regexes do not show descriptions #418

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create one regex that works from source to target
2.Create one regex that works from target to source
3.run a report
4. The source regex shows the description in the report, such as "(from 
rule:wrong unit of measurement)
5. The target regex does not show the description.
