DOCX Text field content fallback is extracted #437

On DOCX files, the duplicated content of the <fallback> element of a text field 
is extracted as well as the original field.

Based on additional feedback (see 
https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/okapitools/conversations/messages/4521) it 
looks like it is safer to extract both copies.
I'm closing the issue.
