Support managing system.site #29

Currently, the UUID gets stripped from the exported system.site, but the UUID will be compared between the source & target storage, causing imports to fail. We already override StorageComparer anyway, so let's just override the validateSiteUuid() method to not care.

Resolved :-) @darthsteven you may wish to composer update drupal/cm_config_tools in a few minutes once d.o has caught up, if you would like to have system.site exported without problems :-)

(I should admit this isn't actually tested.)
