Update: It's possible to lock the box to a specific version.
Even after updating parrot to support Puppet 4, it would be a great idea to lock the version to avoid surprises. :-)
puphpet/ubuntu1404-x64 version 20151201 updates Puppet to 4.3.x and breaks the provisioning.
