Hi:

Thanks for submitting this PR and sorry for the delayed reply. I'd love to merge this! The change unfortunately breaks the test suite, I believe because of the change to the epel5 package installation.

If that change can be reverted, or if you know of a work-around, I'd be happy to merge this!

I think this should do it. The test for pygpgme was wrong, and centos5 being the only env where pygpgme is not available, it was failing.
