main problem was tinytex path wasn’t added correctly anymore by the standard quarto action, fixed
latest 4.3.0 conda r packages are bugged, forcing 4.2
tuned psudocode from quarto "official" version to inline js/css code (no cdn external links)
added diagram from pandoc-ext (fixing a logging bug in their version), to support rendering tikz for both html/pdf, needs now inkscape
ironing the captioning and citation of algorithms (from pseudocode) and tikz-generated figures
added abstract-section to move yaml-defined abstract to a normal level-1 section (much easier to write)
embed pseudocode/diagram/abstract-section in the extension (with the --embed option)
various refinements to the CI script
Before, tikz was rendered directly by knitr (and wasn’t supported by jupyter engine), but knitr relies on the very bugged dvisvgm for pdf to svg conversion, and now the diagram extension support it without the need for knitr, and its pdf to svg converter is inkscape-based, the best-in-class.
