Handling of libertinus font #30

try to use the libertinus-font LaTeX package to see if it fix the 'Tiny-tex-update' bug.

The fix was made in Tiny Tex https://github.com/quarto-dev/quarto-cli/pull/10684

and will work in after a Tinytex update in quarto! :sparkle:

Still not fixed in quarto 1.5.57

The fix is for the 1.6.*, we’ll have to revert to the preview version of quarto in the CI
