Cross-references are not supported #1

Cross-references are not supported in the Rmarkdown templates (currently it would require using bookdown).

We should make this explicit in the template, and suggest to use the quarto template instead, since it natively implements cross-references.

Fixed since 7e294836060ba0a0f4a0c767e35b47f51da23178 and the abandonment of Rmarkdown in favor of quarto
