This pull request contains some portion of the FX implementation because it was previously merged to the main branch (but then got revoked somehow).
The repo is a little bit of a hot mess now, so feel free to contact me so I can make updates before merging; Please merge FX first and then I can make according changes. (I've already seen some conflicts somewhere, for example in OIStage::tick(), but should be really easy to merge)
Also, for those in group FP, please take a look. I have not tested this. I will test after all 3 groups' work has been merged.
