What's achieved in this PR:

basic implementation for FP
Add mappers for fadd(), fmul(), fsub()
Reformat output
Fix the infinite loop issue (this will be addressed in a separate PR, along with adding support for NOP)

Teammates: Please help me test if pipe_traffic works.
