Python script to perform reduction after do_fuzzsingle.py was incorrect/outdated. Within the Docker image, it is currently located in /cascade-meta/fuzzer/do_reducesingle.py instead of /cascade-meta/reduce/do_reduce.py.

Closed it by mistake, apologies for the confusion, will open a new one with the same proposed change.
