[ ] add link to download data as CSV
[ ] after CSV downloaded, data cleaning workflow in openrefine or Excel etc
[ ] identify problematic data
[ ] submit problematic data back to improve the RDBMS and merge
[ ] generate visualizations from source data (possibly cached in secondary data store, redis / mongodb)

this is mostly done except for the submit problematic data
download data must be hidden behind authentication wall to deal with ISI terms of use
