support multiple code archive URLs for a given Publication #105

It should be possible to have more than one URL for a publication.

This was tracked in #52 originally but closed because we thought it added needless complexity. Can you describe the use case for multiple URLs, is this for publications that cite several pieces of individually identifiable software?

It sometimes happen that multiple URLs are provided in the paper. For example a publication that describes more than one new model. It is rare but it happens. Could imagine that one can add a + to the form that generates an additional entry for a URL if one click on it. So it will not complexify the form.
