Allow query string search for public catalog #149

Using https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/query-dsl-query-string-query.html for general search would make boolean searches possible.

Examples:

Publications matching ecology that don't contain references to grass

ecology -grass

Will need to have an examples pull down to show how to perform some queries.
