Be clear about date_published accuracy in search results #157

Currently a date is guessed from date_published_text which is dependent on the current date (so if '2018' is the date published text then it turned into a date using the current month and day - so 2018-03-01 is today was 2019-03-01). For display an search purposes it would be better to only display the information available.
