Merge core into citation app

[x] add canonical name to author, container models
[x] add new logging to model_documentation, sponsor, tags, platform and note models
[x] add logging to through tables for model_documentation, sponsor, tags, platform and note models
[x] update core to citation sql script to accomodate logging changes
[x] thread logging through model_documentation, sponsor and platform deduper
[x] update model_documentation, sponsor and platform deduper to use new logging

[x] move creator_type property in Creator model to be in the PublicationAuthor join table
[x] separate author name into first name and last name
