BibTeX loading test suite should have:

A JSON test fixture of data
For duplicate matches by DOI, ISI and (Title and Year Published):
- Test N primary and N secondary dupes in BibTeX data with
- No matching publication in the DB
- Matching primary publications in the DB
- Matching secondary publications in the DB
- Matching primary and secondary publications in the DB

Test need to ensure model augmentation and model creation are working.
