Signal processors might be the way to go about it.

Currently settling with RealTimeSignalProcessor. But in future may need to revisit as it may cause the user with the browser to sit & wait for indexing to be completed. The wait can be more when huge traffic is expected and hence queue based solutions need to employ.

Commit 16868006b2be1eb297c906f56d46f9c99a3dc97e fixes the issue for now.
