Missing columns in current study dataframe #29

COLUMNS_TO_SAVE is currently referencing columns the following columns that do not exist in the new dataset:

municipio
encharca
inunda
scarcity_index_aDD

what should replace these columns (if anything?). inunda and encharca are definitely used right now so those references will need to be changed.

@cpritcha I changed the file megadapt.R to include column scarcity_index. Municipio should be removed. 67fef38

We will include "scarcity_index", "encharca", and "inunda" in the initial data frame by tomorrow to have the names at the beginning of the simulation.
