After user creates a new project and before archive is uploaded, tabs other than overview and upload archive should grey out. After archive is uploaded, upload archive should grey out.
After successful archive extraction, a result page should appear that shows the number of analysis identified and the number of data table groups identified, with links to run analysis tab and edit metadata tab
dependency tab should a part of run analysis, probably at the end of the page, and shown using a view details button
data section in run analysis should become a separate tab named edit metadata.

When clicking tabs that are longer than screen size (for example dependencies and analysis tabs), the page automatically scroll down a few lines and you cannot see the page title unless manually scroll back
