• add analysis parameter metadata to analysis page
• split project detail page back out into single sections with extra details. For project overview, consider project output gallery, statistics about the project (number of runs, downloads, etc?), "cite this via ..."

Here are some new wireframes.

The Activity Log on the overview page will contain statistics about the project, metadata changes and summarized analysis run results.

The Apps drop down is brilliant. For the Analysis page, I suggest a two column design (and thus more small-monitor friendly), with less information for scripts on the left column (when user clicks the script it will show more detailed information) and activity log right under each script. The right column would either display the script details and run button if user clicks the script name, or past run results if user clicks a run from the activity log. For the Metadata page, I also suggest a two column design with left column being a summary/menu (list all groups and probably how many files and columns in each group) and comments/activity below, right column being the actual metadata edit pane (but put column description in the table so it is easier to edit).
