Finalize ShapeTrees support #53

We already have an (unfinished) implementation of ShapeTrees support: https://github.com/comunica/comunica-feature-link-traversal/tree/master/packages/actor-extract-links-shapetrees

We should finish this implementation, and use it for discovery and prioritization of links.
