Updated to Swift 4.2. Removed unnecessary Chronos framework

Hey @asieiev,

Just wondered what the status is on this update; I've been trying to get Tuning Fork to run but to no avail. This looks like exactly what I'm after

@G26Bandit sorry, I closed this pr due to author's inactivity. If this problem still not solved I can fork this lib and commit updates

@asieiev That would be awesome; I haven't been able to get it working. TuningFork was a great idea and I'm sad to see it become obsolete; I was hoping to use it in a project. Thanks!
