Hi @conal, Could you add some license for this work?

Hadn't occurred to me. Any suggestions for license type, and/or pointers to issues to consider?

I put all as BSD3 :) like most Haskell libraries, some people use MIT or Apache2... If I have to extend some BSD3 project I simply add my terms on top of the existing ones...

I generally use BSD3 for my software libraries. Do you mean using it for the slides (and video) as well?
