There's been a PR out for a while here: https://github.com/conan-io/conan-center-index/pull/19980 (doesn't have the new version, but can be added)

Personally I'm quite confused on how the versioning works for these, it seems that it has 1.x versions (following plus much higher major versions, how does it work? I can help with that PR if I can get understanding there.

There are versions which correspond to Vulkan SDK releases, those are 1.x and there are versions of standalone glslang, eg. 11.x.y
