[package] pangomm: Has not been updated to conan2.0 format #24366

Description

Pangomm has not been updated to conan 2.0 format, so you can't add gtkmm recipe.

Hi @ScarletEmanu thanks a lot for taking the time to report this

Work was started in https://github.com/conan-io/conan-center-index/pull/18886 but progress has been slow - I was planning on having some recipe work tomorrow, so I'll take this and try to move it forward, see if we can get it thru to the finish line :)
