The above-mentioned version is newly released by the upstream project and not yet available as a recipe. Please add this version.

why do you need that version? Changed files aren't used in conan recipe. https://github.com/nemtrif/utfcpp/compare/v4.0.4...v4.0.5

hmm i did not know that, i just see that there is an additional version which does not exists in conan.

But,

  1. it would be good to add for consistency
  2. If a new vulnerability is found in the latest version and added to Vulnerability databases such as NVD, its version will be tagged as v4.0.5 so v4.0.4 will be shown as bug free.

It is up to you discarding this or adding latest version, but I would prefer it to be added, especially because of 2. situation.

I'm not related in any way to CCI team and I'm not planning to contribute addition of this version to CCI.

@barbacar Thank you for your request. I am author of several PRs for utfcpp version upgrades.

As @Nekto89 wrote, the only difference for 4.0.5 is CMakeLists.txt, and this library is a header-only library. So I did not create a PR.

I will try to create PRs for such versions if there are requests for them. Please submit another request.

Of course, please note that I cannot promise that the reviewer will approve that PR.
