[service] PRs hanging on CI status update #25905

Hi - I've got a few PRs that appear to be hanging on CI status updates -

Hi @planetmarshall - thanks for opening the issue.

On 4 November we rolled out upgrades to the CI pipeline as per announcement: https://github.com/conan-io/conan-center-index/discussions/25772 - the team is actively re-launching any jobs to go through the new process

Additionally, please note that CI results are no longer published as PR comments, but are now reported in the checks tab instead.

Note that we have placed restrictions on closing and opening a PR too quickly for the purpose of relaunching CI. This was causing issues when the system was resumed from maintenance and pending jobs during maintenance were re-launched - we saw that the close-and-reopen was causing some PRs to essentially jump the queue. We are finishing the implementation of a more robust queue where jobs are queued in strict order - even when the system was under maintenance.

I have relaunched the jobs for the PRs you have reported.
