fixes conan-io/hooks#421

ok, this is ready for review. The problem can be seen on https://ci.conan.io/blue/organizations/jenkins/Hooks/detail/PR-422/6/pipeline (I had disabled the fix). but it works with the fix: https://ci.conan.io/blue/organizations/jenkins/Hooks/detail/PR-422/5/pipeline
