Don't set the conan user if no CONAN_USER is given #29

This enables installing from conan repositories that are not user/password protected.

Hi @einoj

Sorry, that this wasn't managed, this year we will get to +5000 PRs in our different repos, and it is a real challenge to process all of them.

I think the change makes sense, lets merge it, thanks very much for your contribution!

@memsharded can we merge this into the honister branch as well? Happy to submit a PR with the changes, but not sure if you'd prefer to cherry pick or merge this branch again.
