Add kirkstone lts branch support. #31

Add LAYERSERIES_COMPAT kirkstone. Change the override style to match the new style using poky/scripts/contrib script. The variable renaming script in poky/scripts/contrib for "inclusive" naming styles did not find any changes.

Any help testing this would be appreciated. I have built stock poky:kirkstone with this layer added which only checks parsing.

@nicheath we don't do a full build in CI because it would take many hours, so only run a small check.
