Don't set the conan user if no CONAN_USER is given #42

Apply #29 to honister. Supports unauthenticated Conan repositories by not attempting to login unless CONAN_USER is set.

I looked around some more and now I wonder if honister should be added to the layer compatibilities of the master branch? conf/layer.conf lists both older and newer yocto releases as supported.

If you're ok with it I'd like to do some testing and see if the master branch works on honister, then maybe we won't have to worry about backporting?

So far so good with using master on honister.
