Description: The spells (Blizzard , Blood Presence ,Relentless Strikes) additional effects not work

Current behaviour: Tell us what happens

Expected behaviour: Tell us what should happen instead

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. the big blizzard have no deceleration effect
  2. the blood Presence can't restore HP
  3. the Relentless Strikes can't restore energy

Blood presence do not need restore hp .
