Toggleable (enable or disable modmail)
Sent in a private channel for each case
Customize roles or specific people that are notified when a modmail is submitted
Toggleable transcript channel (transcript saving is optional)

Thanks for the issue, we won't be implementing a modmail system for this bot as there isn't a need for it and people don't really use the current one
