Description

Fix some dcm lint issues

Changes

Remove unnecessary @override
- resolve()
- build(BuildContext context);
- when(BuildContext context);
avoid-unnecessary-overrides and avoid-suspicious-super-overrides are not working correctly so I need to disable
Use dynamic type of MergeableMixin instead of override the methods
Fix list comparison
