Add lexicons created in Di Natale et al. (2021) #198

This PR adds 6 lexicons computed by Di Natale and colleagues.

@LinguList Di Natale and colleagues used 3 colexification networks and 2 rating studies to extrapolate the ratings resulting in 6 data sets. I added the data in separate folders disambiguated by a, b, c, etc. norare check and norare stats run without problems.
