Feature request: Add option to disable context menu entry #54

In the spirit of minimalism, it would be nice to able to able to disable the "Add to Speed Dial" entry that gets automatically added to the context menu. After all, you can turn everything else off.

sure. i dont want to clutter the settings menu either, but i will probably add an "advanced" settings page where this could be an option

i have also been thinking about removing the toolbar button, since the same functionality can be accomplished with the browser's favorite/bookmark button. open to feedback on this change

I'm not so sure you can remove the toolbar button entirely, at least on Chrome - even extensions that can't act on the given page are shown in the extensions dropdown, just greyed out. You could add an option to make it open a new tab instead of bookmarking or open a popup with a link to the options page. Personally, I'm quite fine with the toolbar button living in the dropdown where I don't need to see it, the context menu is far less cluttered and has no native option to hide unneeded elements.
