Simple RSS plugin required #3

Would it be a poor choice to require simple RSS to be installed for this plugin to work with an emergency RSS feed? At the moment, EmergencyRss inherits from SimpleRss so without the simple rss plugin, there would be problems

That's just fine; no need to re-invent the wheel. Just make sure to note the dependency in the gemspec.
