expose player IP addresses #24

As in Concerto 1, it should be possible to determine a screen's IP address through the hardware UI.

As of 6ad535935110c5472818adad39658f2697f2177c the ip address of the screen is automatically updated and it is visible on the screen show view. (on the right side in the player section)
