Agreed - Full-stack has a strong reference to it, so i feel people will associate this straight up with the definition of full-stack developers, we even foresee that describing that in the chapter :). Even if we go on to say, we mean more by it, we have anchored it to another term, that has slight, but noteworthy difference.
If i look at Super-Agile, then whenever we are talking about teams, we think of product teams instead of feature teams, but dont need to dwell on it.
LGTM
Why is this change being proposed?
The definition of "full stack team" is a team that has is competent in all stacks of a system, usually meaning frontend and backend.
It seems to me that we are using this term incorrectly, and actually we mean cross-functional teams including design, product management, engineering, analytics and everything else needed to get the job done.
Sidenote -- Silicon Valley Product Group, the foremost authority on product management, also distinguishes between "cross-functional feature teams" (focused on output) and "cross-functional product teams" (focused on outcome). In order to keep it simple, I don't think we should include feature/product team and empowered concept here in this chapter.
