Default and public boards (#24)

When creating boards, they can now be selected to be public.

• Public boards can be visited without the need of being logged in

When creating boards, they can be selected to be the Default Board:

• The default board has public access
• The default board is the home element and can be visited via '... :1337/'
• There can only ever be 1 default board at a time
• The first Board that gets created automatically becomes the Default Board
• When creating another default board, the previous default board will become a regular public board

Board types:

• When creating boards, its type can now be set (0: Default, 1: Private, 2: Public)
• Board type can be selected when creating a new board within CMS
• When calling GET api/boards/0 or GET api/posts/all/0, the default board will be selected instead

• When double clicking on a board within the CMS board list, you will now be redirected to that board

  Changes

• The board side panel now is also accessible when not logged in, but only displays public and default boards
• The GET api/boards/all request now returns 3 seperate items: { default, public[], private[] }
• The header avatar is now always visible, it drops down content depends on whether you are logged in or not
• The board side panel now is separated into Default, Public and Private sections

The backup.sql has been updated and needs to be applied.
