Substance library (specify if mass flow, energy flow, and/or other features) #12

(with default to mass).

Would be used to be able to truly check for whether a unit process "balances" (inflows = outflows for a given substance type) by allowing to discern between mass and energy flows, and also can provide other data that may be useful in the future (e.g. ecoinvent links for LCA, possibly even specifying per region), as well as metadata.

If there is a substance library, masses could be allowed to have embodied energy or those flows could said to be must be made explicit separately.
