Note, when I added all the metadata entries, this make nb-NO and nn-NO flags appear in many interactives, even though the "translations" for these are just copies of the English interactives. The copies have been there for a while, but previously they weren't showing up because the i18nMatadata tag wasn't in the base interaction.
Note 2: after adding all the i18n tags by hand, and filling in all the metadata tags by hand, the next time someone technical offers to do a large translation, we should get this all scripted.... My copy-and-paste hand is tired.
