Add "scale" property to MD2D images #113

A simple feature that makes authoring easier (we're not constrained by 1px = 0.01nm conversion anymore) and lets us support high-dpi displays.

@scytacki or @sfentress, could you take a look please when you get a chance? Really simple and when it's merged I can update staging.

@scytacki or @sfentress It would be helpful to get this PR reviewed and merged as this is the last week Piotr is working on this and I would like to get feedback from the Interactions group on interactives that utilize this feature. Thanks.
